In this article, you will learn how to activate/create your account using the email invitation. If you haven’t received an email invitation, check your email’s Spam folder or reach out to the account administrator or your manager so they can resend the invitation.
This method is applicable to both Managers/Designers accounts.
1. Check your email and look for the DesignFiles invitation to join the team email.
2. Open the email and click the Create My Account button. A new page will open requiring you to enter your credentials.
3. Specify your account credentials:
- Email: enter your email address, this will be your login email.
- Full Name: enter your first and last name.
- Password: enter your account password.
4. Review the specified information and click Sign Up to continue.
5. A welcome message will appear, you can rate and review the application by clicking the rate & review DesignFiles link. To close the welcome message, click the Close icon (X).
6. You will be directed to the Branding page. In the Brand Your Account section, you can add your profile photo using the Choose File button and upload your photo.
7. In this example, we click Skip to go to the Projects page. Once you get into this screen, you can now start using your DesignFiles account.
